Yes, of course. We ask that you provide a similar garment in 2 consecutive sizes such as Medium and Large. Once we make the patterns we can make adjustments to prototypes.

Yes, you can mix the sizes/colors of the garments as long as the print artwork is all the same size/color and location. If you are screenprinting or DTF youth and adult sizes, that will require us to resize the artwork, there will be an additional charge for materials. And if artwork is created for a light colored garment, we may have to switch out colors for a dark garment for a small fee which depends on how many colors need to be switched.

No. Embroidery requires 12 garments minimum. Hats and shirt require 2 separate digitized files due to the way we embroidery the garments. Click on the link in this section to learn more about embroidery methods and different styles of embroidery like 3D and puffy and requirements.

Yes we create your logo for your apparel brand. That’s our specialty. With so many brands on the market, it’s difficult to create a logo and name that isn’t already out there. We also prefer to design your graphics for your apparel so that we ensure the best results.

We start with your idea or concept, even if a rough sketch. Then we will create mockups and branding guidelines that you can use.

We certainly do. Custom Apparel Source offers an online store to help organizers arrange large orders with ease. Our custom online stores provide a unique password protected website for your members, colleagues and friends to pick the items they wish to order, enter their required sizing and if there is any customization they can add in to the note section upon checking out. We also offer to create excel spreadsheet with all the details for distribution. Most importantly they can make secure payment directly to us via credit or debit card. No more chasing down payment and putting a team order together. Additional fees added depdnding on number of items and quantities.

A group clothing order lets you purchase the same piece for your whole group, but still allows the design flexibility for it to be unique to the individual. You might be doing a charity cycle, organizing rugby tour swag, or setting-up embroidered staff polos; whatever the order you can do so in bulk so your whole group looks the part. Each member can then choose their own size and even add their name and number, for a truly unique piece of custom clothing.

We also recognize that people come in all shapes and sizes, and want to ensure that your entire group receives custom clothing they can wear and enjoy. That’s why we request the sizing of everyone in your group, and make each piece of custom clothing to order on this basis. Please check size charts of items you order first,

Sometimes we are able to use existing artwork pending on artwork application. We will review all files sent to us prior to production. We will have to recreate the logo or artwork into vector base for a fee.  Please read through Artwork Requirements.

Vector images are the best: ai. eps, svg or vectorized PDF. Other formats like jpg, png, psd should be at 300dpi at actual size.

Depending on the style and brand, clothing sizes cover Children’s 2X-Small to X-Large, Men’s XS to 6X-Large, and Women’s Size 0 to 24. Artwork may be resized to fit youth sizes and additional fees will be applied.

Production & Delivery

Certainly! Each order comes with a comprehensive final digital PDF proof containing all specifications and details, such as artwork sizes, PMS colors, and apparel style. We prioritize your satisfaction, therefore, production commences only upon receiving your artwork approval.

For larger sublimation orders, we go the extra mile by crafting a physical sample, which we photograph and send to you for your approval. This ensures that you have a clear understanding of the final product before production begins.

It depends on what you are ordering. The typical production time for most custom printed products is 2-3 weeks.  Adding numbers/names will ad another week. Sublimated orders are custom made and require 3-4 weeks. Larger orders will add more time to production.

We offer rush service with shipping in as little as two days on many items.Please e-mail or call us for availability of this service.  If you have a specific date to have your garments in hand, please supply your sales representative with that date

  • Full custom products that require cut ‘n sew, made with patterns and custom fabrics, is 144 pcs.
  • Private label using garments in stock 72 pcs – print your design and add private label.
  • Screen print T-shirts 24 pcs.
  • Embroidery Hats/Jackets/Polos – 12 pcs same style and color
  • DTF (direct to film) /Heat Transfer – 24 pcs, same artwork, but can mix styles, sizes
  • Sublimation – Depends on the garment
    • Uniforms – 12 pcs per item, such as jersey, shorts
    • Footwear – 24 pairs
    • Apparel Top/Bottoms/Jackets – 48 pcs same style, same artwork, but different sizes

All orders are paid 100% upfront. We don’t offer terms unless you have an agreement with CAS. We will email you an invoice that has a link to pay with credit card or bank transfer. Pricing on invoice is based on cash/check payments. Notify us of type of payment prior to sending invoice.

We do add 3% fee for credit card payments. 1% Fee for bank transfers. Checks are also acceptable, but may add time to the production schedule.
