  2. Set A Budget: Based on funds available, MOQ’s and current industry market availabity,

  4. Fabric Sourcing: Work with fabric suppliers in creating or identifying fabrics needed for your garments.

  7. Lead Times: Understand lead times for production and delivery of materials.

  9. Logistics and Shipping: We plan the logistics of receiving and storing materials. Consider customs regulations if we’re sourcing materials internationally.
